Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern transactions made via the Solutat platform.
Solutat is a specialized marketplace designed primarily for tattoo professionals. The products offered can be sold by tattoo artists, studios, manufacturers, builders, craftspeople, creators, brands, professional suppliers, or resellers accepted onto the platform in accordance with the General Terms of Use.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale may not have the effect of superseding mandatory legal provisions that would apply to a transaction or to either party.
Nature of the transaction and role of Solutat
Sales made on Solutat are concluded directly between the seller and the buyer.
Each seller remains responsible for their activity, their products, the information they publish, and the execution of the sale. Each buyer remains responsible for their capacity to acquire and use the product in question in accordance with the regulations applicable to their activity.
Products offered
Solutat can accommodate new and used tattoo equipment, as well as products, supplies, and creations selected for their relevance to the trade and daily lives of tattoo professionals.
Admitting a seller to the platform does not mean that their entire catalog is automatically authorized. Solutat may refuse or remove a product that does not sufficiently match the marketplace's positioning, categories, or selection rules.
