These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern transactions made via the Solutat platform.

Solutat is a specialized marketplace designed primarily for tattoo professionals. The products offered can be sold by tattoo artists, studios, manufacturers, builders, craftspeople, creators, brands, professional suppliers, or resellers accepted onto the platform in accordance with the General Terms of Use.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale may not have the effect of superseding mandatory legal provisions that would apply to a transaction or to either party.

Article 2

Nature of the transaction and role of Solutat

Sales made on Solutat are concluded directly between the seller and the buyer.

Solutat acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not the seller of the products offered on the platform. Solutat does not hold the products in stock and is not a party to the sales contract concluded between the seller and the buyer.

Each seller remains responsible for their activity, their products, the information they publish, and the execution of the sale. Each buyer remains responsible for their capacity to acquire and use the product in question in accordance with the regulations applicable to their activity.

Art. 3

Products offered

Solutat can accommodate new and used tattoo equipment, as well as products, supplies, and creations selected for their relevance to the trade and daily lives of tattoo professionals.

Admitting a seller to the platform does not mean that their entire catalog is automatically authorized. Solutat may refuse or remove a product that does not sufficiently match the marketplace's positioning, categories, or selection rules.

When a product is offered, its condition must be stated clearly and accurately, particularly when the following categories apply:

  • New
  • Open but unused
  • Occasion
  • Consumable with expiration date
  • Expired — prohibited on human skin, when such a category is permitted on Solutat
The seller guarantees the accuracy of the product description, its condition, its characteristics, its origin, and its expiration date when applicable.
Illicit, counterfeit, sale-banned, recalled or withdrawn products preventing their return to the market, presenting a health risk or failing to comply with the rules of Solutat are not authorized.
Any product offered under the status «Expired (prohibited on human skin)» may under no circumstances be presented or sold as suitable for use on human skin. It must be intended exclusively for the non-cutaneous uses expressly indicated on the platform.
Article 4

Specific obligations of professional sellers

Any seller acting within the scope of their professional activity remains solely responsible for compliance with the regulations applicable to the products they sell.

It is his responsibility in particular:

  • To have the right to market the proposed products
  • To comply with applicable safety and compliance regulations
  • To provide the legally required information, warnings and notices
  • To comply with applicable labeling and traceability requirements
  • To comply with its tax and VAT obligations
  • To issue and transmit the invoices required by applicable regulations
  • To respect the legal or contractual guarantees applicable to the sale in question
The listing of a seller or a product on Solutat does not constitute a certification of compliance by the platform.
Article 5

Pricing and offers

Product prices are freely set by sellers and displayed according to the tax information they provide and the rules applicable to their activity.

The displayed price is the price of the product excluding service fees Solutat and delivery charges, which are presented separately before order confirmation.

When permitted by a listing, the buyer can propose a price lower than the displayed price to the seller using the «Make an offer» feature.

New products offered by professional brands, creators, suppliers, or resellers can be sold at a fixed price. When a product is identified as being at a fixed price, the «Make an offer» feature is not available.

A buyer can make a maximum 3 price offers per ad.For each offer, the seller can:

  • Accept it
  • Refuse it
  • Make a single counteroffer
Offers and counter-offers are valid for 24 hours.
Accepting an offer does not reserve the product and does not constitute payment. Until the payment has been validated, the product may be purchased by another user.
Only offers and counter-offers made through the feature provided by Solutat allow a negotiated price to be applied upon payment.
Article 6

Service fee

Solutat charges a service fee on each transaction. The rates shown below correspond to the general pricing terms currently in effect:

Delivery fees are separate from service fees.
