Whether you are reselling your equipment or offering your own professional products, the transaction process remains simple and regulated.
Create an account
Create your account and complete your professional profile. To receive payments, a secure payment account is created via Stripe Connect.
Publish a product or an ad
Provide all the information useful to the buyer:
- Actual condition of the product
- Detailed description and features
- Price
- Photos true to the product offered
- Expiration date when applicable
- Regulatory information required depending on the nature of the product
Receive an order
When a buyer places an order, payment is made through the secure system integrated into Solutat.
When the feature is available, the buyer can also propose another price. You can accept, decline, or make a counter-offer.
New products offered by certain brands, creators, suppliers, or professional resellers may be sold at a fixed price. In this case, the «Make an offer» feature is not available.
Ship the order
Prepare your package and ship the product directly to the buyer.
For deliveries handled by integrated carriers in France, Solutat can automatically generate the shipping label. For other shipments, you provide the carrier and tracking number.
Receive one's payment
Funds are released when the buyer confirms receipt and compliance of the product.
In the absence of confirmation and if no dispute is opened, they are automatically released after the period provided according to the type of delivery.

Order or make an offer
Buy directly at the listed price or use «Make an offer» when available.
Products identified as fixed-price, notably certain new products offered by professional brands, designers, suppliers, or resellers, are not eligible for offers.
You have a maximum of 3 offers per listing. An accepted offer or counter-offer remains valid for 24 hours and does not reserve the product prior to payment.
Receive your order
The seller ships the order directly. A tracking number makes it possible to follow its progress.
Confirm or report an issue
Upon receipt, confirm that the product complies or open a dispute before the release of funds.
In the absence of a report, the funds are released automatically upon the expiry of the applicable deadline.
